: A bridge in Carlisle Borough will be named for Lance Cpl. Edward Rykoskey who went missing in action in the Vietnam War. In 1966, Rykoskey was warning his comrades of an approaching enemy force that greatly outnumbered his patrol, when he succumbed to enemy fire, and paid the ultimate price of freedom. There will be a military rifle salute and Rep. Barb Gleim (R-Cumberland) will be master of ceremonies.

: The East High Street bridge (State Route 641), over the Letort Spring in Carlisle Borough. In case of rain, thunder or lightning, the ceremony will be held at the Old Cumberland County Courthouse, 1 South Court House Avenue, Carlisle.
